The batteries were promptly shipped and well packed (necessary for heavy UPS batteries!) - and thoughtfully so, with a lift-out loop around one of them to extract it from the box, after which the rest could bre removed easily. Most helpful.

The batteries are what they are, correct brand and model required for the UPS, which is now working again having replaced the dead batteries with new.
